# Marketing VA / Email & Content Publishing Assistant

Calioh Coffee needs a marketing assistant who can help make sure approved content, emails, product updates, and campaigns actually get published.

This role is about execution: posting, scheduling, formatting, organizing, updating, and following through.

You will help with:

* Scheduling and publishing social posts
* Uploading videos, captions, hashtags, and cover images
* Maintaining a simple content calendar
* Drafting, formatting, and scheduling email campaigns
* Helping with café, ecommerce, and wholesale marketing tasks
* Updating Shopify products, collections, pages, and content
* Organizing marketing assets
* Tracking campaign dates and deadlines
* Pulling simple reports on posts, emails, and campaigns
* Coordinating with the content editor and founder assistant

You should be:

* Strong in written English
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Experienced with social posting
* Comfortable with email marketing tools
* Able to follow a calendar
* Reliable with weekly deadlines
* Good at repetitive execution without getting sloppy
