Team leader ( – Shopify & Funnelish (Remote, Philippines)

Remote – Philippines

Working Hours (Non-Negotiable)

This position follows Lisbon, Portugal time.

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Lisbon Time
4:00 PM – 11:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT) (during Lisbon Daylight Saving Time)
Weekends are off.

Please note: These working hours are strictly non-negotiable. Applicants must be available to work during this schedule.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to oversee daily operations and support our growing eCommerce business.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and extensive experience with Shopify and Funnelish.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of approximately 6–8 tea ---------- mbers.
Monitor daily tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Maintain high-quality standards and follow up on team performance.
Coordinate workflows and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage Shopify stores, including products, collections, inventory, and general store maintenance.
Perform all day-to-day Shopify-related administrative tasks.
Work within Funnelish, including editing pages, updating content, and making required changes.
Assist with operational improvements and process optimization.
Communicate effectively with management and provide regular progress updates.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Assistant.
Strong, hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory.
Solid experience with Funnelish is mandatory.
Ability to edit Funnelish pages and make layout/content adjustments independently.
Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
