JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US I run a group of connected real estate and mortgage brands under Limitless Ventures LLC — including The Freedom Machine (marketing system for agents & loan officers), Virtual Mortgage Partners (a NEXA Mortgage branch), the BDM Careers recruiting funnel, Why Join NEXA (loan officer recruiting), and AXEN Realty (brokerage recruiting). Every one of these runs on GoHighLevel: video sales letter pages, quiz/application funnels, Calendly booking flows, AI-powered lead follow-up, and nurture sequences. I need one sharp VA who can own the marketing engine across all of them.

THE ROLE You'll be the GHL operator behind 5+ active brands at once — not one funnel, one client. Each brand has its own funnel(s), automations, and lead flow, and they all need to stay fast, clean, and converting at the same time. If you love GHL, love hitting numbers, and can keep five plates spinning without dropping one, this is built for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and maintain GHL funnels across our brands: VSL/video landing pages, multi-step application and quiz funnels (like our BDM recruiting funnel), Calendly-integrated booking pages, and simple info/opt-in pages
Build and manage automations: email/SMS follow-up sequences, AI-powered lead nurture, pipeline stages, tagging/workflows so no lead ever goes cold
Manage multiple GHL sub-accounts/brands simultaneously — switching context fast without mixing up messaging, funnels, or leads between brands
Monitor funnel and campaign performance (opt-in rates, booked calls, lead quality) and proactively suggest and make improvements
Troubleshoot GHL issues independently — broken automations, tracking, integrations — before they cost us leads
Keep Calendly, forms, and CRM pipeline stages clean and up to date across all brands
Help produce and organize supporting marketing content (email copy, SMS copy, page copy edits) as needed
Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what you'd change

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Real, hands-on GoHighLevel experience — you've built funnels, automations, and pipelines, not just watched tutorials
Understands lead generation and marketing funnels at a strategic level, not just "drag and drop"
Genuinely loves winning — you track your numbers, you're not satisfied with "good enough," and you take pride in high output
Can manage multiple brands/projects at once without letting quality slip on any of them
Self-directed and low-maintenance — tell you the outcome, you figure out the how
Strong written English
Bonus: experience with Zapier/Make, Facebook/Google ads, real estate or mortgage marketing, or recruiting/hiring funnels
