We are an ambitious and rapidly growing startup looking for an exceptional Virtual Assistant who can become a key part of our team from the beginning. Initially, we require support with setting up systems, branding, websites, marketing, and business operations, before moving into helping us scale and grow the company.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a business and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities
Virtual Assistant Duties
General administrative support

Email and diary management
Researching suppliers, competitors, products, and opportunities
Assisting with creating documents, proposals, contracts, and business processes
CRM management and data entry
Supporting directors with ad-hoc projects and tasks
Website Management
Uploading and configuring WordPress themes from ThemeForest
Building and editing website pages
Installing and managing plugins
Making design and content updates
Assisting with website optimisation and improvements
AI & Automation
Extensive use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms
Creating prompts and workflows to improve efficiency
Using AI for content creation, marketing, research, and business development
Helping implement systems and automation within the business
Graphic Design & Branding
Creating high-quality graphics using Canva
Designing brochures, presentations, social media content, advertisements, and marketing materials
Maintaining and improving company branding across all platforms
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Creating and scheduling social media content
Assisting with social media strategy and growth
Supporting email marketing campaigns
Basic SEO understanding
Assisting with lead generation and online marketing initiatives
Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably supporting startups or growing businesses.
Is highly proficient with WordPress and ThemeForest themes.
Has strong knowledge and practical experience using AI tools.
Has excellent Canva and graphic design skills.
Has experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Has excellent written and spoken English.
Is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Is eager to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Highly Desirable Skills
Experience within home improvement, construction, property, or service-based businesses.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profiles.
Experience with CRM systems and business automation tools.
Video editing skills.
Experience creating systems and processes for growing companies.
Experience managing multiple brands or businesses.
