We're looking for an experienced **Virtual Assistant** who knows how to generate motivated seller leads and help close real estate deals.

### Compensation

???? **$5/hour**
???? **$300 bonus for every deal that closes**

### Requirements

? **Minimum 5 years of experience** in real estate cold calling, appointment setting, or acquisitions
? Excellent English communication skills
? Proven ability to build rapport and overcome objections
? Experience speaking with motivated sellers
? Familiar with CRM systems, dialers, and lead management
? Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
? Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

### Responsibilities

• Cold call homeowner leads
• Qualify motivated sellers
• Set appointments for acquisitions
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Manage and update the CRM
• Help move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Assist in closing deals
