Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads) – Remote (Philippines)

We’re growing quickly and are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist from the Philippines to take ownership of our paid advertising. If you enjoy scaling campaigns, analyzing data, and generating real business results, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Overview

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing all paid advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Your main objective is simple:

Generate high-quality leads at the lowest possible cost while continuously improving campaign performance.

You’ll work directly with the founder and have the freedom to test new ideas, improve funnels, and scale winning campaigns.

Responsibilities

Meta Ads

* Create and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns
* Build cold, warm, and retargeting campaigns
* Continuously test audiences, creatives, copy, and offers
* Optimize campaigns based on performance
* Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency

Google Ads

* Manage Google Search campaigns
* Conduct keyword research
* Optimize Quality Scores
* Improve click-through rates and conversions
* Monitor search terms and negative keywords

Tracking & Analytics

* Set up and manage Meta Pixel
* Configure Conversion API (CAPI)
* Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Use Google Tag Manager
* Ensure accurate conversion tracking
* Identify tracking issues and resolve them

Reporting & Optimization

* Monitor KPIs daily
* Produce weekly performance reports
* Analyze campaign data
* Identify opportunities for improvement
* Recommend new strategies based on data

Growth Marketing

* Research competitors
* Stay updated with Meta and Google algorithm changes
* Suggest new campaign ideas
* Improve landing page performance
* Help optimize the complete lead generation funnel

Requirements

Required

* 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads
* 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads
* Strong understanding of lead generation
* Experience with GA4
* Experience with Google Tag Manager
* Experience with Meta Events Manager
* Experience with Conversion API
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent English communication skills
* Reliable internet connection
* Quiet home office
* Ability to work independently

* Experience in fitness, health, or coaching
* Experience with Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns
* Experience with CRM systems
* Landing page optimization (CRO)
* Basic Canva or Adobe skills
