Marketing & Content Virtual Assistant (Kajabi + Canva + Social Media)

Long-Term Growth Opportunity | Part-Time to Start | Online Coaching Business

Hi! I'm Jessica, a health and mindset coach building a brand that helps women over 40 create natural, sustainable weight loss through energy alignment, self-love, and aligned action.

I'm looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is organized, proactive, creative, and excited to grow alongside my business.

This is an early-stage, growing coaching business, so this role will begin with specific projects and part-time support. My goal is to build a long-term relationship with the right person and increase responsibilities and hours as the business grows.

This is not just another VA position. I'm looking for someone who understands the online coaching industry and enjoys the building phase—creating systems, organizing content, and helping bring a vision to life.

Experience supporting an online coaching business
Experience working with James Wedmore's Business By Design (BBD) or a business using the BBD framework
Experience using Kajabi
Strong Canva skills
Experience creating social media content
Great attention to detail

Your Responsibilities

You will help support the growth of my coaching business through:

Building and editing Kajabi landing pages
Creating and updating Kajabi email sequences
Designing Canva presentations, workbooks, slides, and thumbnails
Creating Instagram carousel posts
Turning scripts into simple Reels using B-roll footage
Repurposing content using Content Lab
Organizing and scheduling social media content
Helping create systems and keep projects moving forward
