JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We’re a growing real estate media team looking for someone to help us find and connect with potential clients through Instagram. If you’re great at spotting opportunities, enjoy chatting with people, and are organized with your work — this could be a good fit. Your main job will be to reach out to real estate professionals on Instagram and start conversations that lead to future business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Follow our process to find real estate agents on Instagram.
- Send out messages to each new follower using a mix of pre-written templates and your own words.
- Maintain conversations with prospects and new leads.
- Work closely with our team so we’re all on the same page.
- Give regular updates on how things are going.

What You’ll Get:
- Saturday and Sunday fixed day off
- 6 paid sick/personal days per year
- 6 paid vacation days per year
- Annual review where contract rates may be increased based on performance and business growth.

Type: Remote, Full-Time
Time: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM (CST/Central Standard Time)
Days: Monday-Friday

Requirements:
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, bonus if in the real estate or media industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control.
- Excellent written English skills with a professional and friendly communication style.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
* Bonus: If you have proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) CRMs, or Real Estate Media specific platforms such as HD Photo Hub, Aryeo, etc.
* Bonus: Experience in prospecting and conducting outreach activities is a plus.

Compensation:
This contract position offers a starting monthly salary of $500-$700 for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. There will be opportunities for bonuses and salary increases based on performance.
