The Role

We're hiring a Remote Recruiter to power our driver and contractor pipeline. This is a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting role: you'll source, screen, and onboard drivers, owner-operators, and gig workers supporting our NYC and Philadelphia operations. What You'll Do

Source and engage driver and contractor candidates through job boards, referrals, social channels, and proactive outbound outreach (calls, texts, email)
Run full-cycle high-volume recruiting: screen applicants, schedule and coordinate interviews, and keep candidates moving without drop-off
Manage a large, active candidate pipeline and keep our applicant tracking system and trackers accurate and current
Partner with field, dispatch, and operations leads to fill open routes and capacity needs across markets
Support contractor onboarding and help candidates complete required documentation and compliance steps
Hit weekly sourcing, screening, and hire targets, and report on pipeline health and progress
Deliver a fast, professional, and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint

What You Bring

Must-haves

1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally high-volume (gig, logistics, staffing, delivery, or BPO/driver recruiting)
Excellent communication skills and comfort with a high volume of calls, texts, and emails
Strong organization and the ability to juggle a large pipeline and many candidates at once
Hands-on experience with an ATS and/or major job boards (e.g., Indeed)
A reliable remote setup: laptop, stable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and headset
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Availability to work right away.

Nice-to-haves

Experience recruiting US drivers
Familiarity with contractor onboarding/compliance platforms
Comfort with sourcing tools, CRMs, and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
