The role
We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant to prepare Australian financial statements and tax work from start to finish, reporting directly to our Australian managers and partners.

What you will do
- Prepare year-end income tax and group financial statements, start to finish
- Prepare and review BAS and IAS
- Support tax planning, CGT events, Div 7A, PSI and small-business concessions (with manager oversight)
- Drive jobs through Karbon - manage budgets, WIP and deadlines
- Help refine our checklists, automation and SOPs across Xero and Karbon

What you will bring
- 3+ years in Australian tax / public practice (strongly preferred)
- Solid grounding in BAS/IAS, year-end financials, company/trust/individual returns, GST/FBT, with working knowledge of CGT and Div 7A
- Confident with Xero (MYOB a plus) and Karbon or a similar workflow tool
- Clear written and spoken English, strong attention to detail, and a reliable, collaborative approach
