About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Partnerships / Marketing Coordinator to run outbound
You will not be cold calling, and you will not be prospecting. We provide the lead list. Your job is to work it — write and send strong
No cannabis experience required. Griffin will personally train you on the industry and on the marketing tactics that make this pitch land. What we can't teach is attention to detail and follow-through — bring that.
Responsibilities
Work our provided lead list of Los Angeles dispensaries
Write and send outbound
Follow up consistently with non-responders on a set cadence
Book appointments directly onto Griffin's calendar and send confirmations
Send reminders to reduce no-shows
Keep clean, accurate records of every contact, send, reply, and outcome
Expand into Instagram DM outreach as the role develops
Report weekly on
Requirements
1+ years of B2B outreach experience, ideally targeting retail businesses
Excellent written English — clear, professional, persuasive, typo-free
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and a high no-response rate
Highly organized and reliable with detailed record-keeping
Available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific, without exception
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Proficient with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Instagram
Success Looks Like
Daily send volume hit consistently
A steady flow of qualified appointments on Griffin's calendar each week
Low no-show rate through strong confirmation and reminder habits
