JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a full-time Walmart Marketplace Buyer / Virtual Assistant to help grow our Walmart business.

We are looking for someone analytical, organized, and proactive who can take ownership of Walmart inventory, listings, purchasing, and product research.

Responsibilities
Manage Walmart Marketplace inventory and replenishment.
Analyze daily sales, inventory levels, and profitability.
Prepare accurate reorder quantities using our inventory management and profitability software.
Review purchase order spreadsheets and determine additional inventory requirements.
Create and optimize Walmart product listings.
Research new products from our existing suppliers with strong sales potential.
Monitor pricing, Buy Box status, listing health, and catalog issues.
Prevent out-of-stock situations through accurate forecasting.
Maintain organized spreadsheets and daily reports.
Identify opportunities to increase Walmart sales and expand our product catalog.
Requirements
Previous Walmart Marketplace experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with inventory planning and purchasing.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Comfortable working with large product catalogs and data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written English.
Available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (approximately 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).
