JOB OVERVIEW

I’ve scaled multiple e-commerce brands to 8 figures, and we’re now building a brand-new brand from the ground up.

We’re looking for someone hungry and ready to grow with us. Not someone looking for a comfortable editing job.

Someone who is obsessed with marketing, direct response, consumer psychology, and creating ads that actually convert.

This isn’t a position where you’ll simply receive footage and edit videos all day.

You’re joining as an editor, but the goal is much bigger than that.

We want someone who wants to become an elite marketer and grow alongside us long-term. Someone who studies winning ads, understands customer psychology, brings ideas to the table, and helps drive creative strategy.

Who We’re Looking For
**You Are A Direct Response Native**
- You understand hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts, emotional triggers, retention, and conversion.
- You know the difference between an ad that looks good and an ad that sells.
- You understand how to keep attention, create curiosity, build desire, and drive action.

**You Are Fast And Hungry**
- We move quickly.
- We believe creative volume and rapid iteration win.
- You should be able to take a concept, execute it fast, implement feedback quickly, and continuously improve based on performance.

**You Are An AI Innovator**
- You actively use AI tools to increase output and improve production quality.
- Whether it’s ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Sora, Runway, HeyGen, CapCut, or whatever comes next, you’re constantly looking for ways to create more winning ads faster.

**You Take Extreme Ownership**
- You don’t get defensive.
- You don’t make excuses.
- You take feedback, implement it, and come back better every single time.

What You’ll Do
- Create and edit 15-20 direct-response Meta ads per week
- Produce high-converting UGC, testimonial, VSL, and AI-generated creatives
- Work directly with the founder and creative team to bring concepts to life
- Study competitors and winning ads to identify trends and opportunities
- Reverse-engineer successful creatives and apply those learnings to future campaigns
- Create hooks, angles, and concepts that can scale
- Seamlessly integrate AI-generated assets and workflows into your creative process
- Iterate rapidly on winning ads to maximize performance

Compensation
- Base Salary: $1,500 - $2,000/month (based on experience and creative volume)
- Performance Bonuses: HUGE bonuses on winning ads (paid monthly)
- Growth Opportunity: Significant for the right person (can potentially become a creative strategist if you are hardworking)
