JOB OVERVIEW

We're a Boston-area real estate property management company running a multi-entity portfolio of long-term rentals, short-term vacation properties, and related LLCs. We use Claude (Anthropic's AI) as our core tool for automating research, data extraction, admin, and bookkeeping workflows — and we need someone who can build with it, not just prompt it.
This is NOT a general virtual assistant role. You will be writing code and building tools that use Claude via the API to automate real tasks: scraping publicly available probate and property court records, processing meeting transcripts into structured action items, and streamlining internal admin operations across our business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Build Python or JavaScript scripts that call the Claude API to process documents, emails, and data
Scrape and parse publicly available probate court filings and property records
Turn recorded meeting transcripts (Fireflies) into structured action item lists, SOPs, and reports
Build Claude-powered tools to assist with QuickBooks transaction categorization and bank feed review
Automate repetitive admin tasks across Gmail, ClickUp, and Google Sheets
Build dashboards, trackers, and spreadsheet tools in Excel or Google Sheets

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Claude API or OpenAI API — you must have actually built something with an LLM API, not just used the chat interface
Python and/or JavaScript — comfortable writing and debugging scripts independently
Web scraping — BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Selenium, or similar
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Professional written English

BONUS (not required):
Familiarity with ClickUp, QuickBooks, or Fireflies. Experience with real estate, property management, or legal record research.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Someone genuinely excited about AI as a builder's tool — not just using ChatGPT to write emails. You should be able to take a workflow described in plain English, figure out how to automate it with code + Claude, build a working prototype, and iterate. You'll have direct access to decision-makers and a lot of autonomy. Self-direction and clear communication matter as much as technical skills.
