We're trying to solve the world's biggest problem: People don't #Believe in themselves enough. For over 22 years, Evan Carmichael has been dedicated to this mission. The way we're approaching this problem is producing inspirational content at scale. The right video at the right time can completely change someone's life and we want to touch as many lives as possible. People may not have a supportive family or community around them, but our content can help give them the belief they need to chase their dreams and make the world a better place. The job responsibilities include editing the first minute of videos to grab and keep the audience's attention, selecting the most engaging clips, adding eye-catching transitions and effects, ensuring the sound and visuals are top-notch, and staying on top of the latest trends to keep things fresh. Our goal is to get to 70% audience retention in the first minute. Additionally, strong creativity, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential to produce high-quality videos that engage viewers and meet retention goals.
