JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced COO who can take full ownership of the daily operations of our dropshipping stores and help scale the business.

You must have proven experience running and growing dropshipping stores, building and managing teams, hiring A-Players, creating systems, and automating processes with AI. Experience with AI agents that can reduce or replace employees is a major advantage.

- Responsibilities

* Take full control of daily business operations
* Have building teams from scratch in the past.
* Build, manage, and improve a high-performing team
* Automate workflows using AI and AI agents
* Improve systems, efficiency, and profitability
* Monitor KPIs, margins, performance, and team output
* Identify and solve operational problems independently

- Who We Are Looking For

You are experienced, proactive, highly organized, and results-driven. You understand e-commerce and dropshipping at a high level and can run the business without constant supervision.

The right candidate will be well paid and will have the opportunity to take on a key leadership role in a fast-growing company.
