JOB OVERVIEW

Hi — I'm Fatou, the founder of House of Nannies, a luxury nanny agency in New York. We're a small, warm team, and we're known for two things: the most thorough vetting in our market, and treating every single candidate with respect — everyone who applies to us hears back from us, always. That promise is part of your job.

What you'll do every day:
Post our caregiver job ads and keep them fresh across job boards and groups
Review nanny applications and screen résumés against our written Candidate Standard (we'll train you on it — it's a clear checklist, and you'll get very good at it)
Send warm responses to every applicant — advancing or declining, nobody is ignored
Schedule intro calls and interviews for our placement team and keep the pipeline organized in our system
Keep our candidate pipeline clock: no applicant waits more than a few days for an answer

What we're looking for:
3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or staffing (5+ preferred) — experience with US staffing, healthcare staffing, or caregiver recruiting is a big plus
Excellent written AND spoken English with a naturally warm tone (you'll be writing to candidates daily)
Extremely organized and self-driven — you chase things down without being asked
Strong work ethic: this is a real seat in a growing company, not task work
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, comfortable on video

What you get:
Long-term, stable full-time role — we keep our people (ask our team)
Training on a written system — you're never guessing what "good" looks like
Growth path: strong sourcers here grow into full recruiters

How to apply: Reply with:
Your résumé
A 2–3 minute video or voice introduction (Loom, Google Drive link, or voice recording) answering these three things:
Walk me through the recruiting or sourcing work you've done — what roles, what tools, roughly how many candidates you handled
Tell me about a specific time you chased something down or fixed something without being asked — I want the real story
Imagine you have to tell a kind, qualified applicant that we're not moving forward. Say it to me the way you'd say it to her.

Start your written message with the word "SUNRISE" so I know you read this whole post.
Applications missing the recording or the word won't be reviewed — attention to detail is the job.
