JOB OVERVIEW

*** Strong English + Smarts Customer Service Needed in New York ***

We are Cornerstone Services, Inc. ( ---------- ), a small, boutique communications/advertising firm that focuses on data, direction mail, web services, graphic design and printing services. We are located in the Hudson Valley in Upstate New York although we do work nationally. We're looking for a solid, smart Customer Service point-person with demonstrable written/verbal English communication skills. Although we do use all types of prevailing tech software software applications. Good news: we're willing to train a rock star VA who "gets us".

A few key points:

* Your English skills must be solid because you would be on the phone throughout the day (night for you).

* We are approximately 12 hours behind you in New York; consequently, you would be working the overnight.

* This is a long term position and we will invest in training for the right person. If you are looking for a long-term, fun, interesting, creative, and value-added job, then please apply.

* We are willing to train for someone who is smart and willing to be trained, but you will need to be a "QuickStart" in this position.

Here's some of what you would be doing: Answering Phones, QuickBooks Estimates, checking GoHighLevel inbox, responding to sales inquiries, working on software development, managing multiple marketing contact lists, assisting other tea ---------- mbers with Asana tasks, engaging in critical thinking regarding product improvement, assisting with select SEO/social media tasks, etc.
