**NOW HIRING – REMOTE VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS (CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES)**

**Calvin's Tools Inc.** is expanding, and we're looking for reliable, motivated Virtual Assistants to join our Food Trailer Rental & Sales team.

If you enjoy talking with customers, closing deals, and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

### Job Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
* Assist customers with food trailer rentals, rent-to-own, and trailer sales
* Follow up with leads and existing customers
* Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and rental agreements
* Schedule deliveries and coordinate with customers
* Verify insurance documents before trailer pickup or delivery
* Provide professional customer service throughout the rental or sales process

### Requirements

* **Fluent English is required (spoken and written).**
* **Spanish is a plus, but not required.**
* Reliable high-speed internet and a computer
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
* Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

### Work Schedule

* Monday–Friday: **8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)**
* Saturday: **9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)**

### Compensation & Incentives

**Base Pay:** $50 per week

**Performance Bonuses:**

* **+$25** for every standard trailer rental you close
* **+$50** for every new monthly trailer rental you close
* **+$200** for every food trailer sale you close
* **5% commission** on approved add-on products and services you sell, including generators, propane packages, POS systems, digital menu boards, Protection Plans, and other approved add-ons
