JOB OVERVIEW

Own the numbers. Shape the process. Be the backbone of a growing global business. We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounting Manager who enjoys owning the books—not just maintaining them. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in inventory-based accounting, understands how numbers flow across e-commerce channels, and wants to play a key role in keeping a fast-moving business financially clean, accurate, and compliant. You’ll work with real volume, real inventory, and real impact—helping ensure our balance sheet tells the true story of the business at all times.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
-Own the balance sheet and ensure it is accurate, fully reconciled, and audit-ready
-Manage inventory accounting, resolve variances, and keep quantities and values aligned
-Calculate and reconcile Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) across multiple sales channels
-Ensure proper revenue recognition across marketplaces and platforms
-Prepare journal entries and support smooth month-end and quarter-end closes
-Keep books current throughout the month—not just at close
-Maintain strong GAAP compliance and clean, well-documented financial records

What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-3–5+ years of accounting experience (inventory or e-commerce experience is a strong plus)
-Strong expertise in balance sheet and inventory accounting
-Experience with revenue recognition across multiple sales platforms
-High proficiency in QuickBooks Online
-Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets
-Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
