JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone to take our podcast from raw recording to finished episode, start to finish. If you know how to make an episode sound clean, tight, and easy to listen to — and you can keep a content calendar from falling apart — this is for you.
What You'll Be Doing

Editing raw audio into polished, publish-ready episodes
Cleaning up audio (removing filler words, dead air, background noise)
Writing episode titles, descriptions, and show notes
Scheduling and publishing episodes across platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
Repurposing episodes into short clips for social media
Keeping a content calendar organized so episodes go out on time
Suggesting ways to grow the show's audience and engagement

What We're Looking For

Experience editing podcast audio (Audacity, Descript, Adobe Audition, or similar)
A good ear for pacing and sound quality
Comfortable writing short-form copy (titles, descriptions, social captions)
Organized and able to manage a recurring publishing schedule without reminders
Good written English

Nice to Have

Experience clipping podcast content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
Basic video editing skills for video podcast versions
Experience growing a podcast's subscriber base or downloads
