JOB OVERVIEW

WAM Electric is looking for an experienced Housecall Pro Pricebook Developer to help rebuild and organize our existing pricebook for an electrical contracting company.

This is a short-term project/gig for someone who already understands Housecall Pro, electrical service work, and pricing structures. We have a pricebook in place, but we need an experienced professional to come in and rebuild it correctly, making it more efficient, accurate, and technician-friendly in the field.

Requirements:

Must have hands-on experience with Housecall Pro
Must have experience building and managing Housecall Pro Pricebooks
Must have knowledge of the electrical trade, including common materials, labor, and service tasks
Must have experience using Perplexity AI for research, organization, and workflow optimization
Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve existing systems
Self-starter who can work independently and provide recommendations

Project Scope:

Review our existing Housecall Pro pricebook
Reorganize categories, services, and pricing structures
Verify material and labor pricing for accuracy
Build a logical and easy-to-use workflow for technicians in the field
Standardize services and descriptions
Make recommendations to improve efficiency, consistency, and profitability
Utilize Perplexity AI where appropriate to assist with research and development
