JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help build high-quality, white-hat backlinks for a growing portfolio of local service websites.

Your primary responsibility will be to research backlink opportunities, perform outreach, acquire backlinks, and track your progress. We are looking for someone who enjoys research, is persistent with follow-up, and values quality over quantity.

Responsibilities include:

Research competitor backlink opportunities using Ahrefs
Find high-quality backlink opportunities
Submit local citations and directory listings
Perform guest post, resource page, and broken link outreach
Follow up with website owners to maximize link acquisition
Verify that backlinks are live and meet our quality standards
Maintain an organized tracking spreadsheet of all outreach and acquired links

This is a long-term position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our business and take ownership of the link-building process.
