JOB OVERVIEW

Shaazford is a US-based full-service ecommerce growth agency (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and paid ads). We book warm sales calls with ecommerce brand owners. Your job is to close them.

The short version: we hand you warm audit calls, you turn them into signed clients. You earn 20% commission on every deal you close, no cap. Once you close your first sale, a $300/month base kicks in on top, every month after.

What you'll do:
- Take warm calls with ecommerce brand owners (we book them, you close them)
- Run the pitch, handle objections, and get the signature
- Follow up until the deal is done
- Keep your pipeline clean and your numbers honest

What we're looking for:
- You have closed before (sales, agency, SaaS, or anything real)
- Clear, confident English on a call
- Self-driven, you chase the close without being chased
- Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls
- Available to overlap US business hours (Central Time)

The deal:
- 20% commission on every deal you close (no cap)
- $300/month base unlocks after your first closed sale, then it is yours every month
- The more you close, the more you make
