JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple international fashion brands.

Every day, new products are added to our launch schedule. We're looking for a creative and efficient Canva Content Designer who can transform product photos into high-converting advertising creatives.

This is a production-focused role where speed, consistency and attention to detail are just as important as creativity.

Your Responsibilities

• Work from our shared Google Sheet where new products are added daily.
• Create high-quality Canva creatives using the provided product photos.
• Design collages, static images and advertising creatives following our brand guidelines.
• Upload the Canva share link back into the Google Sheet.
• Mark products as "Ready to Launch" once completed.
• Follow our SOPs and adapt quickly whenever our workflow changes.
• Communicate with the team through ---------- (preferred).

AI Content Creation

Most creatives are currently created using Canva.

As our workflow evolves, you'll also create visuals using AI tools such as Higgsfield AI. We provide all prompts, examples and SOPs, so previous AI experience is a strong plus but not required.

Requirements

• Excellent Canva skills (required)
• Strong eye for design, composition and typography
• Able to work quickly and efficiently
• Comfortable following detailed SOPs
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Good written English
• Reliable internet connection

Application Process

Step 1: Send your application together with 3-5 Canva designs that best represent your work.

Step 2: Selected applicants will complete a short design test by creating one Canva creative. This allows us to evaluate your design style and ability to follow instructions.

Step 3: Successful candidates will start with a paid 2-week probation period (20 hours/week). If we're both happy with the collaboration, we'll continue with a long-term position and increase your hours.
