JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a skilled video producer who can create cinematic, AI-animated storytelling videos for supplement and health product advertising. These are performance-driven Facebook/Meta video ads — 3 to 10 minutes long — built around emotional direct-response scripts.
Think Pixar-style 3D AI animation, not talking-head or stock footage. We provide the script. You deliver a complete, ready-to-publish video.

What You'll Be Creating

Each video includes:
Pixar/Disney-style 3D AI-animated characters that stay consistent scene to scene throughout the full video
Scene-by-scene storytelling that visually matches the script beat-for-beat
Professional male voiceover narration (American accent, warm and conversational)
Atmospheric background music composed or sourced to match the emotional tone
Subtitles synced precisely to the voiceover, clean white text with drop shadow

Tools We Expect You To Know (or equivalent)
Kling AI, Runway ML, Pika, Higgsfield, or similar AI video generation platforms. Character consistency tools (LoRA, reference frames, or whatever your workflow uses to keep the same face/build across 40+ scenes). Audio tools for voiceover production and music mixing.

The Deliverable
One complete video per script, delivered as MP4, 1080x1920 (vertical/9:16 for mobile feed). First draft within 24 hours of script handoff. Revisions within 12 hours.

Full script (1,500–3,000 words, fully written, no creative writing required)
Reference video(s) showing the animation style we want
Brand notes if applicable

Pricing
We pay per completed video on trial. Then we will hire you on monthly salary and performance bonuses. You will get bonus on each video got winner.

One sentence on how you keep a character's face consistent across 40+ AI-generated scenes

Applications without examples will not be reviewed.
Volume:
We have 4–6 scripts ready now and will be producing ongoing if the quality is there. This is a long-term relationship for the right person.
You will do minimum 1 video per day based on the length. (10 minutes editing a day minimum)
