JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple Shopify stores across several international markets.

Every week we launch new products and publish dozens of Facebook & Instagram ads. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Meta Ads Operations Assistant who ensures every campaign is launched correctly and on time.

This is NOT a media buying role. You will not be responsible for scaling campaigns or making advertising strategy decisions.

Your focus is execution, organization and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads every day
• Set up campaigns, ad sets and ads inside Meta Ads Manager
• Follow our Google Sheet with products that need to be launched
• Download creatives from Canva and upload them into Meta Ads Manager
• Generate Primary Texts, Headlines and Descriptions using our ChatGPT prompts
• Add URLs, CTA buttons and campaign settings
• Follow our SOPs and naming conventions
• Double-check every campaign before it goes live
• Monitor simple KPIs including Spend, CTR, CPC, CPM and Purchases
• Report unusual performance to management
• Communicate through ---------- (preferred)

Requirements

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with e-commerce is preferred
• Comfortable using ChatGPT (required)
• Experience working with Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written English
• Reliable internet connection
• Able to follow detailed SOPs
• Available every day of the week when launches are scheduled
• Personal Facebook account is a plus
