Job Summary
We're looking for a charismatic, creative, and outgoing anime and manga enthusiast to become one of the faces of Nushi Studio.

This is an on-camera role where you'll regularly cosplay as original or licensed-inspired characters, perform in comedic skits, participate in trends, and create entertaining short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, and other social media platforms.
You'll help transform scripts and ideas into engaging content by combining acting, cosplay, humor, and strong video editing skills. In addition to content creation, you'll assist with administrative coordination for our social media operations and manga publication pipeline, helping keep projects organized and on schedule.

This position is perfect for someone who genuinely loves anime, manga, cosplay, internet culture, and making people laugh.

Key responsibilities
- Brainstorm and develop original short-form video ideas inspired by anime, manga, gaming, ---------- s, and internet culture.
- Create funny, entertaining, and highly engaging videos optimized for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, and similar platforms.
- Be responsible for editing video content using CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools—adding captions, subtitles, audio inserts, and formatting media correctly.
- Collaborate with artists, animators, writers, and other tea ---------- mbers to transform creative ideas into engaging content.
- Help maintain an organized production schedule while managing multiple projects and consistently meeting deadlines.

Required qualifications:
- Passionate anime and manga fan with a deep understanding of anime, manga, gaming, and online fandom culture.
- A strong portfolio showcasing original short-form video content, including examples of editing, storytelling, comedic timing, and social media creativity. Applicants should be prepared to share previous videos or recordings.
- 1–3 years experience in a social media/publishing or digital operations role (or strong project experience)
- 1-3 years practical experience with professional video workflows and tools (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent) for inserting audio, text layers, and managing formatting templates.
- Good project-management skills: calendar management, version control, and tracking.
- Good oral and written communication with attention to detail
- Excellent sense of pacing, humor, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ideas and isn't afraid to pitch fresh concepts.
- Charismatic, collaborative, and communicates ideas clearly with teammates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliable internet (min. 25 Mbps + backup) and a modern computer (e.g., Ryzen 5 / Intel i5 or better).
- Demonstrates strong work ethic through reliability, accountability, and consistent follow-through on commitments; manages time effectively and meets deadlines with minimal supervision.
