Content & Social Media Specialist for AI Startup (Full-Time)

Location: Remote (Preferred: Philippines)
Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
Starting Salary: $700 USD/month (Performance reviews with opportunities for salary increases and bonuses)

Hello Lane is an AI-powered virtual receptionist company helping businesses answer every call, capture more leads, book appointments, and provide outstanding customer service 24/7.

We’re building a fast-growing AI company and are looking for a talented Content & Social Media Specialist to help grow our brand, increase engagement, and generate leads through high-quality content.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for increased compensation and career growth as the company expands.

Your Responsibilities

* Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
* Design professional graphics using Canva
* Create short-form videos and reels using CapCut or similar software
* Write compelling captions, marketing copy, and promotional content
* Develop and manage monthly content calendars
* Schedule and publish content consistently across all social platforms
* Monitor social media engagement and respond when appropriate
* Research industry trends and competitor strategies
* Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
* Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional launches
* Track content performance and recommend improvements
* Work directly with the founder to execute Hello Lane’s marketing strategy

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Proven experience managing business social media accounts
* Strong Canva design skills
* Experience editing short-form videos (CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar)
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications

* Experience marketing SaaS or technology companies
* Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing
* Basic SEO knowledge
* Email marketing experience
* Experience creating high-performing social media content

Compensation & Growth

* Starting salary: $700 USD/month
