ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Noserider Surf Club makes surf suits that stay on. Handmade in Bali, sold worldwide via
We're small, fast, and protective of the brand. Social is where a lot of new customers meet us for the first time, and we're at the point where it needs a dedicated owner so the founder can keep building.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER:
Emma founded Noserider after moving to Bali to surf and finding nothing on the market that was both supportive in the water and something she actually wanted to wear. She sketched the first surf set herself, worked with a local tailor to make it, and built the brand from there.
She still runs Noserider day to day from Bali, hands-on with the factories, and owns product and creative direction. She's the person you'd be working with most closely in this role.
More on Emma's story here:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a part-time Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day of Noserider's Instagram and TikTok. We already have a deep library of content: product photos, video, and behind-the-scenes footage from Bali. This role turns that raw material into a consistent, on-brand presence and a steady flow of fresh ad creative.
The work is fast and hands-on. You watch what's trending on TikTok and Reels, spot the formats that fit Noserider, and cut our footage into them. You keep a steady pipeline of ad creative going out, testing different hooks and edits so there's always something fresh to run. You also own the posting calendar and keep it consistent. This is daily editing and posting, not the occasional hero video.
Emma still creates the founder-voice and story-driven pieces herself, and creative direction stays with her. This isn't a strategy or art-direction seat. It's for someone genuinely fast and good at turning raw footage into short-form video that performs.
WHO THRIVES HERE:
The person who thrives here lives on TikTok and Reels and genuinely enjoys it. You hear a trending audio or spot a format and immediately see how Noserider's footage could fit it. You're fast in the edit, you have taste, and you care about the small details that make a post feel native to the platform instead of like an ad.
You're also organized. You take a library of raw clips and turn it into a planned, consistent posting schedule without being chased. You keep the calendar full and the ad creative flowing, so Emma can stay focused on product, brand, and the work only she can do.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sort, edit, and publish content from our existing library into consistent, on-brand posts for Instagram and TikTok
- Edit short-form video (CapCut or similar): hooks, captions, trending audio, clean cuts
- Watch trends and reformat our footage into the formats that are working right now
- Produce a steady stream of ad creatives, giving us multiple variations to test so we always have fresh creative to run
- Schedule and publish posts (we use Later)
- Write captions that sound like the brand (you can lean on AI to draft, but the voice has to land)
- Keep our content organized so nothing good gets lost in the library
REQUIREMENTS::
- Strong hands-on short-form video editing (CapCut or similar) for Instagram and TikTok
- A portfolio or examples of Reels/TikToks you've edited
- Real experience producing ad creatives and testing variations
- Experience with trend research and finding creative ways to fit a brand into what's trending
- A strong design eye: you make polished, on-brand graphics in Canva, not just basic templates
- Good written English for captions
- Based in the Philippines, available part-time (around 20 hrs/week), with some working-hour overlap with Bali (UTC+8)
- Reliable internet and your own editing setup
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience using AI tools for video editing (auto-captions, AI cuts, generative b-roll, etc.)
- Experience running or supporting an active Instagram or TikTok for an apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brand
- Surfing, surf culture interest, or any lived experience that helps you feel the brand
- Experience with Later or a similar scheduling tool
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- $600 USD/month, part-time (around 20 hrs/week), with the possibility of becoming full-time
- Paid monthly
- The first 30 days is a paid probation period to make sure the fit is right for both parties; we'll reassess together at the 30-day mark
- Fully remote, with some overlap with Bali (UTC+8)
- A long-term role inside a small team building a real brand
- Direct working relationship with the founder
