JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

This is not a traditional product research role.

The products are already validated and provided by us.

Your only task is to find high-quality Meta ad creatives (Facebook and Instagram videos) that have a high probability of performing well.

–Imagine I send you a product that is already a winner.

Your task is to find new video creatives that have the highest possible chance of performing well.

How would you approach this from start to finish?

Please describe:

Which platforms and tools you would use.
How you validate whether a creative is worth testing.
Which metrics you pay attention to.
How you avoid low-quality creatives.
How you make this process fast enough to consistently deliver videos within 24 hours.

Please be as specific as possible.

Looking forward to hearing your approach.
