JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Long-Term Project)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a custom management system from scratch for our online education business.

Our students normally subscribe through our main website using credit/debit cards. However, many students in countries like Kenya, Somalia, and Ethiopia pay manually using mobile money or other local payment methods. We need a separate internal system to manage these customers.

Core Features

Student Registration & Manual Payments

* Register students who pay manually.
* Track payment method, amount, date, and reference.
* Verify manual payments before activating the subscription.
* Activate memberships (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
* Automatically show Active, Expiring, and Expired accounts.
* Send automatic email reminders before subscriptions expire.

Customer Service Dashboard

* Daily phone calls made.
* Calls answered.
* Interested leads.
* New paid members.
* Conversion rate.
* Commission tracking.
* Daily reports.

Operations Manager Dashboard

* Track customer complaints.
* Record negative feedback.
* Assign and monitor customer service tasks.
* View team performance and reports.

CEO Dashboard

* Complete business overview.
* Membership statistics.
* Revenue and payment reports.
* Customer service performance.
* Complaints and resolutions.
* Key business metrics in one place.

Requirements

* Strong experience with full-stack web development.
* Experience building custom CRM/admin systems.
* Clean, scalable architecture built from scratch.
* Ability to add new features as the business grows.
* Excellent communication in English.
* Available for regular Zoo ---------- etings.
* Able to start immediately.
