JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of our financial operations and provide clear financial visibility across our e-commerce business.

This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys organizing finances, improving systems, and helping businesses grow.

Responsibilities
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements
Monitor and forecast cash flow
Maintain accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks
Review invoices, supplier payments, and expenses
Reconcile bank accounts and transactions
Assist with budgeting and financial planning
Prepare financial reports for management
Improve financial systems and internal controls
Ensure financial records remain accurate and organized

Requirements
Strong QuickBooks experience
Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
Experience preparing P&L and cash flow reports
Excellent analytical skills
High attention to detail
E-commerce experience preferred
