JOB OVERVIEW

**JOB TITLE:**

Facebook Ads Media Buyer + Content Poster (2 hrs/day, Long-Term)

**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

We are a junk removal business in Springfield, Missouri, USA. We run Facebook ads to get leads, and we post on our Facebook page twice a week. We need one person to handle both.

This is a long-term, part-time role. About 2 hours per day, every day including weekends.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Facebook Ads:
- Check our ad sets in Ads Manager daily
- Track Cost Per Lead and report the numbers
- Turn off ad sets that are not performing, based on rules we give you
- Launch new ad sets using images and copy we provide
- Send us a short report once a week

Facebook Page Posts (about 1 hour, twice a week):
- Write and schedule 2 posts per week (Sunday 10AM and Wednesday 10AM, US Central Time)
- We give you the job photos. You write the post to match the photo.
- We will give you our winning posts as examples to follow
- The writing is simple and friendly, not corporate

**WHAT WE NEED**

- Real experience inside Facebook Ads Manager. You must know the difference between a campaign, an ad set, and an ad, and be comfortable navigating it daily.
- Strong written and spoken English. You will be writing posts that our American customers read, so it needs to sound natural.
- Reliable and consistent. This is a small job but it needs to happen every day.
- Able to follow written instructions exactly. We have a clear SOP for everything. We do not need you to be creative with our rules — we need you to follow them.

- Experience with local service businesses (home services, cleaning, contractors)
- Experience writing social media posts in English

**WHAT WE OFFER**

- $4 to $6 per hour, depending on experience
