About the Role

Working alongside our Senior Bookkeepers, you'll support a diverse portfolio of Australian clients using modern cloud-based bookkeeping systems. Your work will help ensure our clients receive accurate, timely financial information while maintaining the high level of service we're known for.

Key Responsibilities

Bank and credit card reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable
General ledger maintenance and journal entries
Assisting with BAS and IAS preparation
Preparing management and financial reports
Working primarily in Xero (QuickBooks and MYOB experience is an advantage)
Following established workflows and maintaining accurate client records
Communicating professionally and confidently with Australian clients and your teammates
Supporting Senior Bookkeepers and collaborating closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional client outcomes

What We're Looking For

Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (or equivalent)
At least 2 years' bookkeeping experience
Strong experience using Xero (Certification preferred)
Experience with Australian bookkeeping practices is highly regarded
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
A genuine team player who enjoys collaborating, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive team culture
Outstanding attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Reliable, proactive, and committed to producing high-quality work
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long-term bookkeeping or accounting career
