JOB OVERVIEW

Remote — Philippines | Full-time | Melbourne business hours

The Event Engineer is looking for a right hand across sales and the founder's day-to-day. You'll fill Lisa's calendar with qualified, warm prospects and keep every deal moving. You won't be closing, Lisa handles the conversion, and you get a bonus on every deal she closes that you set.

You'll work across:

Incoming chats, social DMs, and email replies
Conversational, text-based setting and qualifying
Follow-up on every lead after their sales call, including chasing invoices
Event campaigns: messaging attendees and booking the hot ones
GoHighLevel pipelines, stages, tasks, conversations, triggers, and automations
Calendar and inbox
ClickUp

Your responsibilities will include responding fast when a lead raises their hand, warming leads up and booking them onto Lisa's calendar, owning follow-up until every deal is closed or dead, keeping the GHL pipeline immaculate, coordinating Lisa's schedule around sales calls, events, and travel with no double-bookings, triaging her inbox, and keeping ClickUp current.

We're looking for someone with:

Proven sales setting, appointment setting, or inbound sales experience with real results
Executive assistant or founder-support experience
GoHighLevel proficiency: pipelines, workflows, conversations, and triggers. Non-negotiable.
Flawless written English with a warm, natural, professional tone
ClickUp familiarity, or the ability to pick it up fast
A fast, proactive, and self-directed way of working

Pay is TBD plus commission for every deal Lisa closes that you set, followed up, or booked. No caps, no tiers.

To apply, send your resume, your DISC profile, and a 1 to 2 minute Loom (not an AI script) covering: the exact sentence you'd type to follow up with a warm lead who had a great call 3 days ago but hasn't paid the invoice, and one example of how you've protected a busy founder's time.
