We are a US-based outreach business looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Cold Email Outreach Specialist / Virtual Assistant to help manage and scale our B2B email campaigns.

In this role, your primary focus will be creating highly targeted cold email sequences aimed at US-based business owners and executives. You must understand how to write in a natural, conversational, and professional American English tone that cuts through the noise, builds trust quickly, and avoids sounding like typical spam or generic templates.

Key Responsibilities
Copywriting & Sequencing: Write and optimize short, punchy cold email sequences tailored specifically to a US B2B audience.

List Building & Prospecting: Use ---------- to build, filter, and segment high-quality lead lists based on strict ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

Data Cleaning & Verification: Clean and verify scraped lists to minimize bounce rates and protect our sending domains.

Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and monitor email sequences within Instantly.ai.

Deliverability & Inbox Health: Monitor sender reputation, track bounce rates, manage inbox warm-ups, and ensure maximum deliverability.

Inbox Management: Monitor master inboxes, filter out automated responses, and hand off warm leads/positive replies for booking.

General Administrative & Scheduling Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly. This may include monitoring and organizing non-campaign email inboxes, coordinating calendar appointments, managing client scheduling/bookings, setting up meeting links, and assisting with other ad-hoc virtual assistant duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience running B2B cold email outreach campaigns.

US Business Communication: Proficient written English with a strong grasp of US business culture, professional etiquette, and conversational tone. You must know how to write emails that sound like they were written by a peer, not a robot or an outsourced agency.

Tools: Advanced level proficiency with Instantly.ai and ---------- is mandatory.

Deliverability Knowledge: Deep understanding of how email deliverability works (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domains, and spam-trigger words).

Data Literacy: Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel for data manipulation, deduplication, and list management.

References: Must be able to provide verifiable references (preferably US-based clients) who can speak to your outreach performance and communication skills.

Employment Details
Type of Employment: Part-Time to start. Full time upon proven proficiency.

Working Hours: Remote / Flexible / US Business Hours (EST)
