JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Full-time GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for rebuilding, optimizing and managing our existing GHL systems including funnels, CRM pipelines, automations, integrations and sales workflows. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of GHL and can improve existing systems, fix technical issues and create reliable processes that improve lead management, sales operations and overall business performance.

COMPENSATION:
Salary negotiable based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit current GHL setup and identify technical issues, gaps and opportunities for improvement
Rebuild and optimize existing GoHighLevel systems including funnels, CRM pipelines, workflows and automations
Build and optimize lead generation funnels, landing pages and sales workflows
Create and manage CRM pipelines, opportunity stages and lead tracking systems
Develop automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow ups, appointment booking, reminders and customer journeys
Set up and maintain integrations between GHL and third party platforms including:
Skool for community, membership and course management
Whop for payments, memberships and product access management
FlexxBuy and other financing/payment solutions
iBlusend and other messaging platforms for SMS and communication workflows
Configure integrations using native GHL integrations, Zapier, webhooks or APIs when needed
Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, triggers, tags, campaigns, integrations and data syncing
Improve lead response systems including SMS, email and automated follow up sequences
Build processes that ensure leads are properly captured, tracked, qualified and routed to the correct sales workflows
Support sales teams by improving appointment booking systems, pipeline visibility and follow up processes
Set up tracking and reporting systems to monitor funnel performance, lead activity and sales operations
Maintain system documentation and create clear SOPs for future tea ---------- mbers
Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to continuously improve system performance

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) as an administrator, builder or technical specialist
Strong experience building and optimizing funnels, CRM pipelines and automation workflows
Hands on experience with GHL workflows, triggers, campaigns, calendars, pipelines and custom fields
Experience integrating GHL with third party platforms using native integrations, Zapier, webhooks or APIs
Experience with membership and community platforms such as Skool or similar platforms
Experience integrating payment and checkout platforms such as Whop, Stripe or similar systems
Experience working with financing/payment solutions such as FlexxBuy or similar platforms is a plus
Experience setting up messaging platforms such as iBlusend, Twilio or similar SMS solutions
Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales pipelines and lead management processes
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and improve existing systems
Ability to analyze business processes and create efficient automated solutions
Experience with funnels, landing pages, forms and conversion focused workflows
Familiarity with marketing automation, email campaigns and SMS workflows
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple technical projects
Ability to work independently, solve problems and take ownership of assigned tasks
Reliable, organized and able to consistently meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Excellent English communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with coaching, agency, SaaS, membership or online education businesses
Experience building sales systems for lead generation and appointment based businesses
Knowledge of Meta Ads tracking, pixels, conversion tracking and attribution
Experience creating dashboards and reporting systems
Familiarity with AI tools and automation solutions
