JOB OVERVIEW

???? AI VIDEO MASTER — Full-Time (Expert Level Only, No Beginners)

We're hiring a full-time AI Video Creator who has truly MASTERED the craft — someone who lives inside these tools daily and can produce viral-quality, hyper-realistic video content on demand.

?? This is NOT an entry-level role. If you've only made a few test videos or watched tutorials, please do not apply. We're looking for a proven expert with real work to show.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Create viral short-form videos (UGC-style, ads, skits, product content) for our brands
• Build hyper-realistic AI avatars and digital clones of real people — matching face, voice, and mannerisms
• Take full frame-by-frame control: first frame/last frame control, camera movement, motion consistency, character consistency across scenes
• Combine tools into complete pipelines: image gen ? video gen ? voice cloning ? lip sync ? editing ? final polish
• Iterate fast, test hooks, and study what's going viral to reverse-engineer it

TOOLS YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW DEEPLY (most or all):
• Video: Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, Seedance, Hailuo/Minimax
• Avatars & cloning: HeyGen, Higgsfield avatars, LipSync tools
• Voice: ElevenLabs (voice cloning, emotional delivery)
• Image: Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana / GPT Image
• Editing: CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci, plus captions, sound design, pacing for retention

WHAT WE EXPECT:
• 1+ years hands-on AI video production with a portfolio that proves it
• You understand hooks, pacing, and why videos go viral — not just how to press generate
• You can match a real person's likeness convincingly (face + voice)
• Fast turnaround, high volume, consistent quality
• Strong English communication, reliable full-time availability

COMPENSATION:
• Full-time, long-term position
• Salary: [$800 -$1000/month] depending on skill level — we pay well for real mastery
