# Rockstar Social Media Manager & E-Commerce Growth Specialist

We're a fast-growing U.S.-based retail e-commerce company looking for a highly creative and results-driven Filipino tea ---------- mber to become a long-term part of our business.

We're not just looking for someone to post content—we're looking for someone who can help grow our brand, build an engaged audience, and increase website sales.

## What You'll Do

### Social Media Management

You'll be responsible for managing and growing our presence on:

* Instagram
* TikTok
* Facebook
* Threads

Your responsibilities include:

* Creating engaging Reels and short-form videos
* Designing carousel posts and graphics
* Posting Stories daily
* Creating feed content
* Writing compelling captions
* Researching trending sounds, hashtags, and topics
* Scheduling and publishing content
* Engaging with followers and building our online community
* Tracking analytics and improving performance each month

## Website Growth & Marketing

We want someone who thinks like a marketer—not just a content creator.

You'll help us increase website traffic and sales by:

* Running or assisting with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
* Suggesting creative marketing strategies
* Finding organic ways to increase website traffic
* Helping improve website conversion rates
* Identifying new growth opportunities
* Researching competitors and industry trends
* Bringing fresh ideas to help scale the business

Experience with Google Ads, email marketing, influencer outreach, SEO, affiliate marketing, or other digital marketing strategies is a strong plus.

## We're Looking For Someone Who:

* Has excellent written and spoken English
* Is creative, proactive, and self-motivated
* Understands social media algorithms and current trends
* Can edit high-quality Reels and TikTok videos
* Has experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing software
* Knows how to create content that generates engagement and sales
* Thinks strategically about growing a business
* Can work independently with minimal supervision
* Is organized, dependable, and consistently meets deadlines
* Brings ideas and solutions instead of waiting for instructions

## Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

* Shopify
* Klaviyo
* Meta Ads Manager
* Google Ads
* SEO
* Email marketing
* Influencer marketing
* UGC content creation
* AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar productivity tools
