JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based mobile gaming creative agency producing ad content for multiple mobile game clients. We are looking for a skilled part-time producer to join our team on an ongoing monthly basis. This is not a one-time project. If things go well, this becomes a long-term working relationship.
What you will be doing
We provide everything you need to execute: scripts, shot lists, creative briefs, all character and background assets, gameplay footage, and brand guidelines. Your job is to take that material and produce finished ad creative across video and static formats.
On the video side, that means assembling footage in CapCut, applying motion effects, syncing voiceover, cutting to pacing notes, and delivering clean final exports across multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5). On the static side, that means building polished ad images in Canva using provided assets and layout direction.
You will also be working with AI video and image generation tools as part of the production process. We use Higgsfield (which includes Kling, Seedance, and Wan), ElevenLabs for voiceover, and GPT Image generation for character and scene work. You do not need to know every tool on day one, but you need to be comfortable learning new tools quickly and using AI outputs as production assets rather than finished work.
What a typical month looks like
Roughly one day of work per week. Each month includes a mix of video ads (with different hook variations), static ads across multiple formats, and occasional store asset updates. We deliver a brief, you execute, you submit drafts for review, and we go into a revision round before final delivery.
What we are looking for
Solid CapCut skills, including compositing, transitions, text animation, and multi-format export. Canva proficiency for static ad production. Experience with AI video or image tools, or a clear willingness to learn. Strong attention to file organization, naming conventions, and export specs. Ability to follow a creative brief precisely and flag questions before going too far in the wrong direction. Good English communication, since briefs and feedback are all in English.
A portfolio of video ad work or social media content is required to be considered. Please show us work that demonstrates you can assemble footage, add motion, and deliver a polished final product.
Compensation
$500 USD per month, paid twice monthly via Wise or PayPal. Rate is open to discussion based on experience and portfolio quality.
To apply
Send your portfolio or work samples, a note about your experience with AI creative tools specifically, and two to three sentences about the most relevant work you have done. Applications without portfolio samples will not be reviewed.
