JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Full-time Content Creator / Video Editor to join our team. This role is responsible for creating engaging AI powered short form content, editing videos for multiple social media platforms and developing creative content that drives views, engagement and brand growth.

SCHEDULE:
Full time
Must be available to work PDT hours

COMPENSATION:
Salary negotiable based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create engaging short form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
Edit high quality videos using AI powered tools and modern editing techniques
Design thumbnails for YouTube videos and other marketing content
Create eye catching graphics for social media, promotional campaigns and marketing materials when needed.
Develop content ideas based on trends, brand messaging and audience interests
Repurpose long form content into short form videos
Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects and music that improve engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve content performance and generate new content ideas
Maintain consistent daily content production while meeting deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience creating and editing short form social media content
Experience creating high converting social media graphics, thumbnails and marketing assets.
Strong portfolio showcasing AI generated or AI assisted contents.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, Capcut, Canva or similar creative software
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Runway, Opus Clip, Descript, ElevenLabs or similar platforms
Strong understanding of current social media trends, hooks and retention based editing
Ability to create clean, engaging designs that align with brand guidelines.
Can turn ideas, scripts or raw content into engaging videos with minimal direction.
Creative, organized and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
Reliable, disciplined and able to consistently meet deadlines
Excellent English communication skills
