Content & Social Media Marketing Coordinator (Long-Term Position)

Pay: $350/month -$650/month (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

We're Rae Rock Services, a growing design-build remodeling company based in Texas. We specialize in kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, home additions, ADUs, custom new construction, and commercial finish-outs and renovations.

What You'll Be Doing

Your main responsibility is helping us consistently showcase our projects across social media.

You'll be responsible for:

- Creating and scheduling Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts weeks in advance
- Editing photos and short-form videos
- Creating engaging Reels from our project photos and videos
- Writing captions and selecting hashtags
- Organizing our growing library of project photos and videos
- Building monthly content calendars
Reviewing active projects in JobTread to create timely social media content
- Using AI tools like ChatGPT to help generate captions, content ideas, and posting schedules
- Monitoring comments and messages
- Helping maintain our brand across all social media platforms

As you learn our business, your responsibilities will grow.

Future responsibilities may include:

- Managing our Google Business Profile
- Responding to Google and Facebook reviews
- Updating our Houzz profile
- Creating content ideas and talking points for our owner to film on job sites
- Editing those videos into engaging social media content
- Helping build and expand our online marketing presence

What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of experience managing social media
- Strong written English
- Experience editing photos and short-form videos
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with CapCut (preferred)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection
- Looking for a long-term position
- Able to learn new software quickly

- Remodeling companies
- Home service businesses
- Real estate companies
