About Us
We produce animated (stickman-style) educational YouTube content about ancient humans, prehistory, and ancient civilizations. We sell a premium video course called "The Secret Lives of Ancient Humans" (10 exclusive videos, 97 EUR) and are building an affiliate program to grow sales through YouTube creators in our niche.

What You'll Do
Research and identify YouTube channels relevant to our niche (ancient humans, prehistory, human evolution, archaeology, ancient civilizations, and animated/educational history content)
Verify channel relevance and audience quality (subscriber count, average views, upload frequency, content fit)
Reach out to channel owners with a personalized message presenting our affiliate program (30% commission per sale)
Manage ongoing communication with potential affiliates, answering questions and providing everything they need to get started
Onboard new affiliates: share affiliate links, promo codes, product assets, and talking points
Track all outreach and affiliate status in a shared spreadsheet/CRM (contacted, responded, signed, active, sales generated)
Follow up regularly with signed affiliates who haven't posted content yet, to help them get active
Report weekly progress: number of contacts made, responses, new affiliates signed, and affiliates who became active

Requirements
Strong written English (outreach messages must be clear, personalized, and professional)
Prior experience in affiliate outreach, influencer marketing, or YouTube channel research is a strong plus
Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to track outreach systematically
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Genuine interest in history, ancient civilizations, or educational YouTube content is a bonus

Target Pace
~15-20 quality contacts per day (research + personalized outreach), 5 days/week
Quality and relevance matter more than raw volume — we'd rather have 15 well-researched contacts than 30 generic ones

Compensation
Base salary: $500/month, paid via bank transfer on the 1st of each month for the previous month's completed work
