Somewhere right now, there's a passionate, dedicated person at a Catholic nonprofit or parish who got into this work because they wanted to serve. And today they're spending hours on manual donor tracking, sending one-off emails, updating spreadsheets — tasks that have nothing to do with the mission they signed up for.

That's not a people problem. That's an infrastructure problem.

Uptime Ministries exists to fix it. We bring AI and automation to mission-driven organizations so their people can stop running in place and get back to what matters.

We're growing — and I'm looking for one part-time to full-time person to help spread the word.

Here's the transparent breakdown:
???? Flexible hours — you own your schedule.
???? Remote — work from wherever (1x/week Zoom meeting with the team).
???? 1098 contract — independent professional, not an employee.
???? Commission-only with an equal team split on every sale. No hierarchy. No politics. Everyone shares in what we build. 15% goes to operations costs. the rest gets split equally 3-ways.
???? Quarterly bonuses on top of commissions.
???? Uncapped — your effort sets the ceiling.

Your core job: start conversations with the right organizations and guide them toward the next step — a call or our qualification process. Creating social content and community management are secondary tasks.

You don't need a sales background. You need to actually care about the people we serve.
