We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Lead Tracking & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in operational and administrative environments. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This role will require video meetings with the Management and potentially other employees within the organization on an ongoing basis to train and discuss performance. To facilitate meetings with management, there will be times when you will be required to come in briefly outside of your normal shift. Fluency in spoken and written English with little to no grammatical errors is required for effective communication.
Responsibilities of the Lead Tracker & Quality Assurance Specialist Virtual Assistant:
- Track all leads from various different sources and compile data into lead tracking software/google sheets
- Listen to every call and ensure proper tags/notes are made for reporting
- Read all form submissions and leads form lead aggregators to make sure processes are being followed
- Help follow up on all leads via texts, webchat, and
-Track Speed to Lead and report to management on the fly when leads are missed

- Perform audit of accounts as leads are tracked
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed and at the discretion of management

Specifics:
- Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT/EST (GMT-5), including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. This role may require availability for a rotating half-day Saturday shift (8:30 AM–12:30 PM EST), approximately once monthly or more as needed.

Compensation:
- Starts at $6 per hour
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in Marketing, Data Analytics, Sales Assistant (2+ years preferred).
- Prior night shift experience (required).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong command and high level of proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute.
