JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident, professional Virtual Assistant who is excellent on the phone and enjoys talking with people. This role is much more than reading from a script, you’ll build rapport, handle conversations naturally, answer basic questions, overcome objections, and successfully schedule free roofing inspections for homeowners throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Compensation

* Base Pay: $200 per month
* Performance Bonus: Earn $10 for every completed inspection appointment you schedule. Weekly pay example 25 booked appointments = $250 + $200 base = $450 for that week.
* There is no limit to your commission. The more qualified appointments you book, the more you earn.

Qualifications

* Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand speaking voice.
* Strong conversational skills—not just script reading.
* Ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations toward booking appointments.
* Comfortable handling objections and encouraging homeowners to schedule inspections.
* Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel for tracking leads and notes.
* Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
