JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a versatile music producer and content editor to help us create high-quality music, plugin presets, and marketing visuals for a fast-growing audio software brand.
You'll produce professional tracks across genres like hip-hop, pop, and EDM, craft presets that show off what our plugins can do, and turn it all into polished video and image content that showcases our products and grows our audience. This role is ideal for someone who's equally comfortable in a DAW and in an editing suite — someone who understands not just how to make a great beat, but how to package it into content that stops the scroll.

This role is for Vox Samples, a fast-growing Australia-based audio software brand focused on helping music producers work faster with intuitive, professional tools. Vox Samples focuses on speed, intuitive controls, and ready-to-use presets. With 150,000+ active users and 1,300+ 5-star reviews, we build products that help producers get results faster.

You'll have the chance to work directly with the Founder & CEO, contribute to real commercial products, and help shape the sound and visual identity of tools used by music producers worldwide.

— WHAT YOU'LL DO —
• Produce high-quality, release-ready music across genres including hip-hop, pop, and EDM
• Create professional plugin presets that are musical, usable, and showcase each product's strengths
• Create demo tracks and beats that showcase our plugins, samples, and presets
• Edit engaging videos for social media, ads, product launches, and tutorials
• Design eye-catching image adverts and graphics in Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
• Match audio and visuals to our brand style — modern, clean, and professional
• Deliver editable project files (music sessions, presets, video projects, design files) along with final exports
• Iterate based on feedback from the Founder/CEO

— WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR —
• Strong music production skills across multiple genres (hip-hop, pop, EDM, and more)
• Excellent ear for mixing, arrangement, and current production trends
• Experience creating plugin presets, with a strong sense of what producers actually want to reach for
• Solid video editing ability, with a good sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling
• Confident graphic design skills in Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent
• An eye for clean, modern, premium-feeling content
• Good communication and willingness to revise based on feedback
• Must provide original project files upon completion

— BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE —
• Experience creating content or presets for music software, audio brands, or the producer community
• A portfolio showing both music production and video/design work
• Deep familiarity with popular plugins and synths, and how to design presets on them
• Understanding of what resonates with music producers and beatmakers
• Familiarity with social media formats and what performs well on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Motion graphics or animation experience
