Acquisition/Account Manager – Real Estate (US Land Investing)
Full-time, 40 hours/week — long-term remote position working directly with the owner
About Us
We are a fast-growing US land investment company that buys rural vacant land below market and resells to builders, agents, and end buyers. As the business grows, we're adding an Acquisition/Account Manager to run deals alongside the owner — think right-hand, not another cog. You'll run offer calls, negotiate contracts, and help drive the acquisition side of the business day to day. This is a closing seat with real growth potential as we scale.
Your Responsibilities:
Run the offer calls (Call 2) on qualified leads — present our offer, negotiate, and get contracts signed. Every lead you get handed is already qualified in the CRM; no cold intake work.
Book meetings on your own calendar and work stalled or older leads back into live conversations — part of the job is finding and reviving your own deals, not just waiting on handoffs.
Build rapport fast with rural landowners and read what's really driving the sale.
Work side-by-side with the owner daily — deal strategy, call debriefs, d
Keep clean, current records in Stride CRM — every call logged, every note tight.
Hand off signed deals cleanly to due diligence and stay available if the seller has questions.
You'll be expected to hit real, trackable numbers on calls run, meetings booked, offers made, and contracts signed — we'll walk through the specific targets in the interview.
Requirements:
1+ year of phone-based sales experience with a closing component (not just intake or appointment setting).
Strong negotiator — comfortable holding price, walking away, and re-engaging.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal English — must sound natural to US sellers on the phone.
Comfortable with CRM systems (Stride / GoHighLevel experience is a plus).
Reliable coverage during US Eastern Time business hours.
Self-starter who can run their own day and be trusted with high-stakes seller conversations.
Bonus Experience:
Real estate or land investing experience — wholesaling, vacant land flipping, or rural land brokerage.
Familiarity with land due diligence: perc tests, surveys, title, zoning.
Experience working directly with a business owner or operator.
Compensation:
$5–$8/hour base to start, depending on experience and output.
Rate is fixed at your starting number through the 60-day evaluation period — then we revisit base pay and add deal-closed commissions based on performance.
40 hours/week, US Eastern Time coverage.
To Apply:
Submit your resume, a recording of yourself on a sales call (or a short clip of you introducing yourself as if you were speaking to a seller for the first time), your hours/week availability, and your time zone.
You must include your favorite food in your message to be considered.
