We are a US-based dental marketing agency looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Bilingual Call Center Specialist to join our growing remote team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls on behalf of dental and orthodontic practices
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments
- Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service that patients will remember
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date in practice management software
- Coordinate with dental office staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

What We're Looking For:
1. Fluent in English AND Spanish — spoken and written (required)
2. Previous call center or front desk experience in a dental, orthodontic, or medical setting (preferred)
3. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
4. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
5. Tech-savvy, fast learner, and detail-oriented
6. Available to work consistent US business hours
7. Professional, friendly, and patient-first attitude
